It can reach the maximum temperature of 1300°C in about 2 hours.

The structure is in stove-enamelled steel with epoxy paints.

Thermal insulation is the combination of preformed ceramic fiber panels and low density refractory bricks.

The heating part consists of resistances made with Khantal-type wire in the shape of a spring and mounted on ceramic tubes.

In the rear part there is a chimney for the escape of any gases that could form during the cooking phases.
