New from the production

The year 2022 will not only be the year in which we will be able to defeat the pandemic, but it will also be the year in which Nannetti srl will present to its customers a series of new tools that are more in line with the needs of the ceramic industry.

Let’s start from the ovens, which we call “Hot Tools” The small roller furnaces in use in the laboratory will be made more flexible and modern with the insertion of touch screens connected with the various areas of the oven itself: able to control and intervene on the temperature of the affected area. In addition, the family of roller furnaces will increase with the construction of the new ERVD. Another restyling will involve gradient furnaces, quick-firing muffles and high temperature muffles that can be used in controlled atmosphere with inert gases, suitable for the thermal processes of metallurgical, chemical, dental and ceramic laboratories.

A great effort is being made to improve the technical aspect of the “Cold Instruments”. Let’s start from the presses: The 40 Ton will be fully automated and from the control instrument on board the machine, you can adjust the entire pressing cycle. All the presses, both table and floor, will come out with an air intake system inserted for dust extraction at the base of the mold.
